Vario Digital FHD 15.6 Foldable CCTV

Eschenbach’s Vario Digital FHD is a foldable desktop video magnifier with outstanding image quality and compact design. It features a 15.6” full HD monitor with optical zoom from 1.3x – 45x magnification and an FHD camera that provides a true color image with a large field of view.

CloverBook Pro

The CloverBook Pro offers a large, 12.5-inch FHD screen with full-page text-to-speech scanning; all in a light, foldable, portable unit, complete with an attractive protective carry case. CloverBook Pro is powerful but simple to use; with traditional tactile controls, like magnification and contrast knobs. It also has a touchscreen for people who prefer to use that.

Vario Digital FHD Advanced

The large tactile buttons and turn dials are easy-to-use and feature voice output when in menu mode. Bright LED illumination is provided by lights located in two areas, on the arm and on the back of the monitor. The 16:9 widescreen format and tilting camera provide a large viewing area making it easier to read large documents and the Mirror Mode (only found on the Advanced version) allows the user see an enlarged image of themselves on the screen for personal care tasks.

Images can be captured and stored on a removable 8GB SD card and viewed either on the LCD screen or on a computer monitor by connecting the type C USB cable. The blue arrow buttons on the sides of the monitor can be used to operate the Dynamic Line Scrolling feature on captured photos and with the Advanced version, it can be used on live images as well, so that the image can be scrolled through horizontally and vertically without moving the object being viewed.

Only the Vario Digital FHD Advanced version includes an HDMI-in port and cable which allows an external camcorder to be attached for distance viewing (Compatible Camcorder: Sony HDR-CX405 HD Handicam). And other distance viewing accessories are available online.

Overall, the intuitive operation, practical folding design and dynamic features of the Vario Digital FHD Advanced make it an ideal desktop video magnifier for the visually impaired. The Vario Digital FHD with Battery option is also available for purchase.

The Advanced version includes an external remote, an HDMI-in port and cable which allows an external camera to be attached for distance viewing, dynamic line scrolling on live images and a mirror mode.
